my lovely friend eva painted my nails last night when we were feeling girly, and i think they look quite smashing...anyways...this is a self portrait, and obviously i desaturated most of the picture in photoshop, but what do you think about the desaturation? yea or nay?

It looks very nice! I love all the different colors on your nails! Interesting also how you are sort of peaking out from behind your hands. Great shot and the mixture of different colors with black and white looks really great!

This is gorgeous! I really like it a lot. The desaturation is definitely a part of what makes it so good, especially with all those fantastic colors in contrast. I love the nails, and my favorite part is the blue eye. It's just gorgeous, and it adds to this a lot. How can I not favorite this? :)

i think u did a bit to much on the eye (went outside the boundary) but besides that a lovely PS job :)

HEYYY!!! I do my nails like that all the time! Sure its kinda funny looking, but its a good way to express yourself, AND you do it yourself and aren't buying fake already painted nails or going to a salon to have someone else do it. *nods*

*still proud of the white out snowman with a tiny carrot nose and little buttons that she managed to draw on her own fingernail using a pine needle from the fake xmas tree*
